Edwin Paul is an experienced education and innovation leader who has held a range of senior management positions both in New Zealand and India. Edwin has been involved in the New Zealand vocational education sector over the last 16 years.

During the last few years, he has been involved in the Private Training sector as a CEO and other strategic roles. Alumni of the Said Business School, University of Oxford, and Graduate School of Management, University of Auckland, Edwin is passionate about using technology as an enabler to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Recognised for building high-achieving teams, he has a longstanding interest in the “Future of Work” studies. Edwin has joined Solomon Group to direct its educational and quality assurance activities. Edwin brings a broad range of expertise from Innovation, Commercialisation, EdTech, Pedagogy, and board room representation.
